Aaron graduated with a BFA from Maine College of Art in 1998. His jewelry has been featured in multiple fashion and trade magazines, feature films, and is worn by celebrities such as Meryl Streep, Julianne Moore, Zoe Kravitz and Cherry Jones.

These pieces are hand drawn, hand cut, then hand silk-screened with black enamel by Aaron. Much of the jewelry is gold plated and embellished with vintage findings from all around the world.
